CUPCAKES!

Their party was at the park and I decided that I didn't want to deal with cake cutting and all that jazz. We got a cupcake cake from Publix and it was fabulous! Alex & Aidan thoroughly enjoyed it!

2 that are 2!

I can't believe how quickly time goes by. It feels like just yesterday the lady told us we were having twins! Then they were these little tiny things and now they are 2 and talking and running and becoming more and more independent every single day. People often say, "oh you have your hands full" or "how do you do it?". I always answer only b/c of the Lord. Just when you think there is no possible way, He provides one. There are tough days don't get me wrong....2 that are 2 is for the crazy and insane (which apparently I am), but there are also fun days full of love and blessing beyond measure. What an amazing gift we have been given. Jose and are truly undeserving of the privilege it is to be Alex & Aidan's mimi and daddy.

Oooooh how I love this picture! I am training him well!
As most of you know this is my scrapbooking tote that I take to all the crops that I go to. He just loves taking it around. He will make a great husband someday ;)

Halloween!

The boys were so funny! Of course they didn't dig the costumes at first, but they finally got into it and left the hoods on. We went to Nicki and Manny's house to go trick or treating with them. The boys were in the wagon and the family mob behind the little ones. We went to a few houses and the boys were shy. About 5 minutes into this, we realized that Aidan ( of course) had opened up a piece and was eating it. Once he realized that this was what people were giving out, he started running to the doors! He even grabbed handfuls out of this poor mans bowl while the man was giving Alex one. It was hilarious! He couldn't wait to get home to eat it!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

I am sure most of you are not even thinking about it yet, but for me....I am in full swing! I have soooo many card nights this month it is truly amazing. Not anything I have done, but of course all God! I am amazed at how He is blessing my business. I love what I do and love sharing it with others. Here are some of the cards I am teaching this month. Sparkly....just for you Jackie!

How many little ones....

can you fit @ one little table? Judging by the plates.....not any more! We were so blessed to have Sarah and Josiah join us for dinner. What an adventure. It was community eating at its finest! Sarah and I decided that next time we would put one plate and let them all pick off it.

If I had only known...

that shoes
were that fun! They found my sneakers in the closet and ran up and down the hallway giggling. They chased each other and would laugh so hard as they passed each other.
This lasted about 25 minutes.....if only I had known sooner that they were so much fun!

Give your brother a kiss!

It is so sweet! They say that twins have a special bond, but you can't really imagine it until you see it. They love each other so much! Each one is unique, yet they get along so well. Here is a picture of them sharing a book and Aidan of course is kissing Alex. Alex is a forehead only type kisser! Aidan's kisses are just like Simba's, slobbery and wet!

Shoes & candy....what could be better?!

Grandma & grandpa bought the boys the cutest shoes yesterday. Finally! They needed shoes that fit sooo bad. Especially those days @ the park. Thank you grandma for our shoes that fit!
SO, apparently I deprive my kids of candy. Yesterday we were @ Angelina's b-day party and my kids favorite part of the party was the lolipops they got out of the PiƱata. Unbelieveable! They are growing so fast and really coming into their own.
Alex wants to help with everything. He has learned to take the silverware out of the dishwasher and is always makes sure Aidan is doing the right thing. SOOOO 1st born!
Aidan is quite the mischevious one! He is always getting into things and will for sure be an engineer like his uncle. He loves to take things apart and then put them back together.....great sometimes.....not so great most times! Aidan is also our clown. He has the most comedic spirit. Hmmm....I wonder where he gets that from?!
Yes, as everyone always tells me, "I have my hands full", but what an amazing blessing!

Surpirse!!!

I took Jose on a surprise VERY EARLY birthday weekend. Most of you know that Jose is a HUGE Yankees fan. So, I took him to Seattle to see the Yankees play the Seattle Mariners. He was very surprised when I showed up at his work and stole him! We were greeted at the Seattle airport by his cousins Sal and Nicole who flew from Atlanta to help out with the surprise! Thanks guys!
It was a long trip, but so worth it. Seattle is a really neat city. We had a really fun time with Sal and Nicole. We went to Mt. Rainier and also visited Pike's Market. We saw them toss the fish back and forth and were amazed at the beautiful flowers in the market.
Of course we went to the game and thank goodness, the Yankees won!

Another day in paradise!

So, as you can see the boys are enjoying the outdoors after a week of being trapped inside. Praise God we didn't flood here. Tropical Storm Faye dropped some serious rain! The boys were excited to get back outside in "their" pool. We have one little spot of shade in the yard, which is where I put their pool. Of course they hate to ride in those little cars in the big pool, but love them in their tiny pool. You can also see that they love to where shoes these days...especially mine!

Our whirlwind month

Well, as you can see I haven't posted for awhile. We have been quite busy here. We are getting ready for Jackie & Rippy's wedding next weekend and I have been working a lot more with Stampin' Up. As you can see I had an amazing time at convention. I will post a picture of my roomates and also one of me in my "domain"! I never imagined there were 6000 other crazy stampers/scrappers like me.
The boys are growing so fast. I am amazed at what God is doing in our lives each day. Just when I think I could lose my mind, He gives me strength and grace. Still working on the patience :)
The boys are learning new words each day. Their latest thing is waving bye and giving kisses. It melts my heart each time they do it. Aidan has discovered that the word gentle not only applies to how he pets Simba, but also how he pets Alex.
Alex has discovered his sense of style and is now closely monitoring the colors that we dress him in.
Jose is well and helps me keep up with the boys.
No news on the house. It is still up for sale.
We will keep you posted!

Streakers!

i am officially the mayor of crazyville! AS you can see above, we have a couple of streakers in our house! And yes....I know you are wondering......Aidan is asleep naked! Needless to say we had to wake him up, change him, and change his sheets! Yes, we are in a "naked" phase....it's all fun and games until someone poops!

4th of July weekend

We had so much fun at the beach! We went to Longboat Key on the west coast of Florida for 4th of July. We went with Mom, dad, Manny, Nick, Tyler, Brayden, Enid, & Joe. We had a great time!

It's offical

OK, so I have officially done it. I am a blogger. It could not be helped. I have a myspace, a business website, and all kinds of other stuff. I might as well have a blog.
Well, we are off to vacation tomorrow. It feels more like endless packing and to dos, but I am sure once we get there it will be great. We will be at the beach from tomorrow to Sunday. I can't wait. Aidan is going to freak as soon as he sees the water. Alex has become more brave lately, so I am sure he will chase after my pack leader.
Hope everyone has a great 4th of July!
